Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Management, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred. Degree is not mandatory for candidates with strong relevant experience. Experience: 2+ years in student care, student support, customer service, administration, education operations, or a similar role. Skills: Strong communication, organisation, problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, Google Workspace/Sheets or Excel proficiency, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
